poetry

Post by disaster »

i was talking to someone recently and the subject of poetry came up. i figured as long as i was going to type this out, i might as well post it where anyone interested could see it. This was one of my earlier efforts and the grammar is less than perfect in places, but here it is regardless.

Ce monde noir il tourne toujours,
Je n'sais pas comment je sais,
Tout mes reves estompe les jours,
Je cri si fort je me tait.

Tes yeux me perce jusqu'a l'ame,
Tu me manque plus que tout,
La distance est comme une lame,
Elle me blesse et elle me tue.

Seul je vis comme dans un ombre,
Je n'touche rien, rien me touche,
Tout mes joies me sent si sombre,
Je m'enterre couche par couche.

Je m'assis, regardant d'hors,
La lune me touche plus ce soir,
Je me coope, et je m'endore,
Sans toi mon coeur est si noir.

'Vec cordes si douce tu me tiens,
Veins si vide je me sent ivre,
Le temps passe et je reviens,
Je suis mort mais je vais vivre.
"Freedom of speech" is not the same thing as "Freedom from consequences".

This black world it always turns, I do not know how I know, All my reves stump the days, I so strong cry I is keep silent. Until A the heart, You I bore me misses more your eyes than all, the distance is like a blade, It wounds me and it kills to me. Only I live as in a shade, I do not touch anything, anything touches me, All my joys feels me so dark, I bury myself layer by layer. I sat, looking at out, the moon touches me more this evening, I coope, and I endore, Without you my heart is so black. ' Vec cords so soft you hold me, Veins if vacuum I feels drunk, time passes and I return, I died but I will live.

Babelfish to the rescue!
