This question is specifically for Everybody, but I thought I’d make it a post so it’s answered for posterity:

What governs whether an Avian’s flung feather hits or misses? Does dexterity influence it?

Hit or miss from fling is strictly dependent on a skill % roll. No other stats affect it.
