Donations and a Question

I am a longtime player and recently returned and avatar'd my demon remort.
I don't even know how many remorts I did but I did get a complete healing head.

My first question is about donations. Do you take donations for server costs i.e. hosting the game?
My second question is about reheroing with my demon avatar.

Will I keep my demon limbs if I rehero or will I start with no limbs?
