Maybe some atlantic salmon.
Or some ill-tempered sea bass.
I did eat some cherry cheese cake the other day. It looked like it had cherry pie filling on top. Does this mean I ate cake pie, or a pie cake?

You didn't include cheesecake as an option. I don't feel that's really a cake or a pie, or else it would bias me too much towards cake. This said: pie! And death and dismay to all you naysayers!

I've forgotten about cheesecake!!! I'm a discrace..... But due to its name being cheese
cake, i would classify it as cake.

Well it also depends on the type of cheese cake.
Whether it is a baked cheesecake or a gel based one.
Baked are the best.

OH me oh my!! How can you people be so cruel, making me choose between cake and pie. Where does the ice cream and cookies and candy bars come in then?
However I must vote.....CAKE!!!!

Pie usually has a crust with filling. Apple pie, Blueberry pie, Pot pie, etc...
Cake has the "bread" inside and usually has icing. No icing on pie.
