Is there a ratio as to how often certain limbs are grown? For instance demon heads. These are quite rare....is there a # that they appear such as 1 outta 1000? And they do cast spells....say for instance I got one at level 2...and it was fireball. Would it ever do more damage later on? or would it forever be a level 2 fireball

Yes, there is a ratio. As for what they are, we wouldn't want to reveal that, but you could guess heads are the rarest. It would forever be a level 2 fireball with your example, which is why higher level limbs are almost always better.
