This is a forum where you can ask Kiri anything. She will answer to the best of her ability. Others may answer as well, but Kiri will try to answer all reasonable questions. Do not feel limited by topic.

How come HTML wasn't ever loaded to the forums?

Was it and I'm mistaken? I was told it was never put in. I was just wondering why and if it was going to be implicated into the forums.

Kiri thinks my mini-image signatures are laggy for the forums... I can do a lot worse with HTML's. Just think about it. ;p

One thing to remember is that even if phpBB's "Allow HTML" feature is turned on, only a very limited subset of HTML tags are allowed. Basically, if phpBB did things correctly then you wouldn't be able to do anything with HTML that you couldn't with BBCode. If phpBB messed up then HTML would open big ol' security holes. Personally, I don't turn it on for any of the forums I run.
