Scavenger chats 'EB has stuck around through some lean times here at BR. He's been developing this area without any real assurance it would ever get in. It was time to recognize him as one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated people in the Realms'.
And with that simple, yet powerful statement, a new IMP was born.
